How is my order packaged for shipping?
All orders are packed in eco-friendly, insulated containers with enough dry ice to ensure your meat arrives frozen or perfectly chilled. We use proprietary thermal liners to maintain food safety during transit.
What is the difference between American Wagyu and Japanese Wagyu?
American Wagyu is a cross between traditional Japanese Wagyu and high-quality continental breeds. This results in a steak with the intense marbling of Japanese beef and the robust, hearty flavor of American beef.
When will my order arrive?
We offer Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping options. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Can I cook these steaks directly from the freezer?
For the best culinary experience, we recommend thawing your meat in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. However, if you are in a rush, you can use a cold water bath or follow 'cook from frozen' methods for specific cuts.
Does Snake River Farms ship to P.O. Boxes?
Because our products are perishable and shipped via FedEx or UPS, we require a physical street address and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
